This policy explains how Yink Studio handles information for accounts, purchases, licensing, downloads, support, and the partner program.

Information we collect

We process account email, payment-provider identifiers, transaction and subscription records, license status, device fingerprints, app version, IP address, security logs, referral attribution, partner hierarchy, commissions, and masked payout details. Payment credentials remain with the payment provider and are not stored in our D1 database.

How we use it

We use information to authenticate accounts, fulfill purchases, issue and validate licenses, prevent abuse, calculate commissions, manage payouts, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Cookies

Authentication uses a secure HttpOnly session cookie. Referral attribution uses a signed first-party cookie for up to 60 days. Both are limited to yinkstudio.com.

Providers

Cloudflare supplies hosting, D1, KV, R2, and transactional email infrastructure. Shopify initially processes checkout. If a future purchase is processed by Paddle or Creem, the checkout and current legal disclosure will identify that provider.

Retention and rights

We retain transaction, license, fraud, commission, and payout records as needed for fulfillment, accounting, dispute resolution, and law. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
