Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed under applicable provider rules and law. Cancelling a subscription alone does not create a refund.
The English version controls if a translation differs.
Requesting a refund
Contact support@yinkstudio.com to request a refund. Eligibility and outcome depend on the applicable provider rules and law; a result is not guaranteed.
Subscription cancellation
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. It is not the same as a refund and does not automatically return prior payments.
Plan access
A refund or chargeback may revoke paid access and downgrade the account to Free.
