Refund Policy

Yink Studio Free mode is designed to let you verify the workflow, watermark behavior, and printer compatibility before purchasing.

Requesting a refund

Contact support@yinkstudio.com with the payment email, order reference, product, purchase date, and reason. Refund eligibility and timing are subject to applicable law and the terms displayed by the merchant or Merchant of Record at checkout.

Subscription cancellation

Cancel through the provider shown in your Yink account. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund a completed billing period.

License effect

A full refund, chargeback, or fraudulent payment invalidates the related paid entitlement and the app falls back to Free mode. Refunds reverse related partner commissions. If a commission was already paid, the reversal becomes a negative ledger balance deducted from future earnings.

Processing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank and provider processing time varies.
