Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Yink Studio software, websites, accounts, licenses, downloads, and partner services.

License plans

Free mode is available without an account and enforces a visible watermark and single-job output. Plus, Pro, and Ultra are one-device licenses. Active monthly and annual subscriptions are eligible for supported future major versions. A perpetual license is limited to the major version purchased.

Payments

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. The checkout identifies the merchant and payment provider before payment. During the initial Shopify phase, BCH Technologies processes checkout and appears where legally required. Yink Studio will update this disclosure if a Merchant of Record such as Paddle or Creem processes a future purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not circumvent license, media-size, device, watermark, account, referral, fraud, or payment controls; resell license keys without written permission; or use the service unlawfully.

Partner program

Partner commissions apply only to completed end-customer product transactions. Recruitment itself earns no commission. Self-referrals, circular accounts, and purchases using a partner's own payment identity are prohibited. Attribution, holds, reversals, minimum payout balances, and approval rules are described on the Partners page.

Availability and liability

Software is provided subject to applicable law. Test printer configuration and output before production. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
