Issue-by-issue checks

Printer unavailable: Confirm the model is in the catalog. For Epson original, install and select the exact Windows queue name; restore hidden presets in Add printer and never substitute stale _83 or _86 names.

No output or saved PRN: Confirm the output target, queue or file path, writable destination, matching profile, and approved calibration before retrying.

Incorrect color: Match physical slots, channel mapping, ink, media, resolution, ICC, color density, and single-channel density; stop without exact calibration.

Weak or missing white ink: Check white-removal, threshold, density, choke, mirror, layer order, physical slots, and channel mapping on a small sample.

Wrong dimensions or mirror: Compare page size, orientation, copies, mirror, placement, and layer order with preview and the physical loading direction.

Connection failure: For Epson, verify its Windows queue. For custom output, select custom_720_CMYK_W_2b, confirm Ultra access, and check the TCP RAW host, port, controller, and 127.0.0.1:9100; it does not use WinSpool.

Feathering is missing: Epson original shows Feathering only when the driver and DPI support it. Hoson-class leaves Feathering to the controller.

Activation or account issue: Open Account to check access and the current 1-device paid-plan limit. Cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.
